CNC LASER CUTTING
We now operate a CNC Mitsubishi Advanced Fibre Laser of 8000 Watts with a 6' 10" X 13' 6" Foot Table. Precision Laser Cutting up to 1" THK Mild Steel, 1"THK Stainless Steel, 1" THK Aluminum and 1" Copper and Brass.
At ANT Custom Laser, our CNC Mitsubishi Advanced Laser (GX-F Series) is one of the smartest laser in the world. It's AL technology that learns from it's data and adjust cutting performance without human interventions.
This Laser has major cutting benefits which includes:

At ANT Custom Laser, our CNC Mitsubishi Laser (SR-F Series) is one of the top in the Industry. This machine is flexible and highly adaptable and have a floating head that can cut any designs, shapes and patterns in a wide variety of materials. By focusing a high powered laser beam onto a material of choice, we produce a smooth and pristine finish.

SHEET METAL FORMING
Our CNC Brake Press provide a maximum bending of 260 tons of force over 12 Feet and bend upto 1/2" THK.
ANT Custom Laser, our CNC Press Brake is controlled automatically which leads to less error and higher tolerance. We are equipped with a wide array of dyes designs to form parts from simple to complex and is capable of bending heavy gauge Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
